Hi! I’m Annie— baker, mom of two and founder of EATsweets.

My love for baking began in 2012 when I decided to make my own wedding cake. I fell in love and I’ve been whipping up treats for family and friends ever since. After a decade of baking and dreaming, I took the leap and opened EATsweets in early 2023. There’s been growth, learning, and yes, a few flour-dusted mistakes along the way but the support I’ve received from my local community of Oakville, ON has been incredible - and truly humbling.

To sharpen my skills and expand my knowledge, I enrolled in the Baking Arts program at George Brown College last year. It’s been an exciting step toward deepening my craft and elevating every creation that leaves my kitchen.

EATsweets feeds my passion, lets my imagination run wild, allows me to meet the most wonderful people and gives me the chance to be part of your celebrations—whether it's a birthday, wedding, or any occation worth savoring.
